兴东房产开发公司目前正在进行珠海市区内的江村旧村改造的开发工作。该项目是列入为市监管的全市城中旧村改建项目之一，占地面积 3.1 万平方米，总建筑面积约 14 万平方米，其中面向市场销售的面积为 10 万平方米的住宅及 1 万平方米的商业面积。目前各种审批基本完成，即将进入拆迁户的动迁阶段，项目动工后， 30 个月内完工。预计销售收入可达 9 亿以上。

  At present, Xingdong Real Estate Development Company undertook the development work of rebuilding old Jiang village in downtown of Zhuhai. The project is listed as one of the old village rebuilding projects of the whole city taken charge of city supervisor, covering 31 thousand square meters, and the total structural area is about 140 thousand square meters, with which 100 thousand square meters for housing and 10 thousand square meters for commercial will put into the market. Recently we have got most approval and will soon enter to dismantled stage. it will be finished within 30 months after starting work. Anticipated revenue can reach more than 0.9 billion.
